Outdoor Adventures in Index is our outfitter. You can read more about them here: https://www.outdooradventurecenter.com. According to their website:

"This family-friendly, beginner-level rafting adventure at the River House in Index, our beautifully restored adventure facility. Here you'll view our safety video and receive your river gear; a wetsuit, booties, helmet, and pfd (changing rooms provided). Next, we'll shuttle to our nearby launch point where you'll be treated to an informative and fun "paddle talk" from your guide who will teach you some basic rafting paddlestrokes and safety techniques prior to launching the raft.

Your river adventure includes rafting on the beautiful Skykomish River through class III whitewater rapids such as Railroad and Fisherman's, with plenty of opportunities to learn about the river from your entertaining guide. This activity may include a chance to swim, try your hand with the "guide" stick, and compete in group challenges. We look forward to spending some time on this beautiful section of the river with you!
